Ok, seeing SPIN DIZZY's thread about who you'd like to see in the ring for a fight, it reminded me of a bit of a dispute I got into on the phone with Lycan a week or two ago. Seems we somehow got to the subject of who'd win a fist fight- YANNI or KENNY G? Personally, I say Yanni. True, he does have that non-violent streak, sort of like a mustached Care Bear, but I believe that deep down, there lurks the heart of a cold, calculating killer, and he could snap Kenny G like a twig. What sayeth the rest of you who don't immediately ignore every (usually) irrelevant post I make? [img]wink.gif[/img] TCHT TCHT...lock up your rationality, Hawke's back on the board!

I have to agree with Yanni. Yeah, he might be New Age and all that, but there is no denying his stuff can be quite intense and raging. The only thing Kenny has going for him is that whole breathing trick he does, so he could runaway from Yanni for a really long time probably. But all out fisticuffs? Yanni, no doubt.

I think getting hit upside the head with a keybd would hurt a lot more than getting hit upside the head with sax thing would cause more damage. I give it to Yanni.

You're all nuts!!! Kenny G's obviously a madman beneath that fascade. He'd tear Yanni's head off and hold it aloft, spine intact. Count on it!!!

Yanni wins hands down, and believe it or not I have a Yanni CD ( afriend at work thought My music might be a bit like his so gave me a cd, had to laugh, but actually the CD is pretty damn good, surprised the hell out of me)

Also bear in Mind Yanni has a whole orchestras bunch of instruments to hit kenny with so I think the Timpani will be the one that does it in the end

Seriously..ummmm yeah, I actually dig a little Yanni, myself, but I'm not letting my dad (the Yanni freak) know that. I've a reputation to protect.
